From one mama to another, I’m here to walk with you.

Welcome.

My name is Cynthia Livingstone. I’m an Indigenous Birthkeeper and Doula, a proud Nahuatl woman, a wife, and a mother of six wonderful children. Supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is not just what I do, it’s who I am.

Rooted in culture and community, I’ve had the honour of walking alongside many Indigenous families during home births and in delivery rooms, offering support that is grounded in tradition, care, and trust. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or adding to your growing family, I’m here to help you feel supported, confident, and empowered.

Take your time exploring this space. I would love to be part of your journey into motherhood.
