From one mama to another, I’m here to walk with you.
Welcome.
My name is Cynthia Livingstone. I’m an Indigenous Birthkeeper and Doula, a proud Nahuatl woman, a wife, and a mother of six wonderful children. Supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is not just what I do, it’s who I am.
Rooted in culture and community, I’ve had the honour of walking alongside many Indigenous families during home births and in delivery rooms, offering support that is grounded in tradition, care, and trust. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or adding to your growing family, I’m here to help you feel supported, confident, and empowered.
Take your time exploring this space. I would love to be part of your journey into motherhood.
Holistic Doula Care
Birth is a powerful rite of passage, deserving of care, intention, and deep respect.
As your doula, my role is to walk beside you with gentleness and support, helping you and your partner feel seen, heard, and confident as you prepare for the birth experience you truly desire.
Let’s connect.
I would love to hear from you. Whether you have questions, want to learn more about my offerings, or are ready to begin your birth journey with support, please fill out the form below. I’ll be in touch soon.
